If you find out that the order you made is taking longer than it should and if you think that it might be lost then do not worry at all. All you have to do is just contact us and we will solve your problem in no time. The package gets delayed sometimes for several days during the delivery process and it happens rarely.
If you predict that your package has been lost just because it has not been updated for a while then we will inform the postal service so that they check it out and it might take approximately 14 days. And then we will inform you about it. The order always reaches its destination on time. It is a rare case when the order gets lost. If the order returns to us or gets lost somehow then we will reship your order or you can also request a refund and we will refund you within a few days.

We ship the products without any indication as to the contents in a plain mailing box discreetly. We copy the delivery addresses exactly as the customers input and if they input the address incorrectly and the carrier doesn’t reach them then we will charge an additional fee for reshipping. If there is no one to receive the package at the destination then the package will be held at the local post office for pick up or return to the sender.
